Total Sales: 613 properties: ↑ 4.3% from March 2024 | ↑ 16.1% from February 2025
Condo Sales: 202 units: ↑ 14.1% from March 2024
Single Family Home Sales: 292 homes: ↑ 2.1% from March 2024
Active Listings: 3,023: ↑ 14.9% from February 2025 | ↑ 14.2% from March 2024
Benchmark Price — Single Family (Victoria Core): $1,335,300 → ↑ 3.6% YoY
Benchmark Price — Condo (Victoria Core): $560,400 → ↑ 0.4% YoY
